Client facing several complications related to integration n existing application as all the processes involved in the admission of the student were taken care of separately and all the data was disbursed.
There was data redundancy and rework at almost all stages.
An overview of a student was not available at one view.
Technology used in developing the application was outdated and did not incorporate latest features which hampered the up-gradation of processes as desired .
Acumen developed EduCop, hi-tech International Education Consultancy, Operations and CRM Software Application that helped resolve all the issues faced by IDream Canada International.
Data integration was of utmost importance and keeping that in mind, application was designed to integrate all the data for a particular student or member at one view. All information regarding the courses required, college inquiry, registration, consultation, enrolment, admission, payment of fees etc. was available at a click of a button.
We designed a CRM system to accurately capture and maintain critical information and make it available when requested by the user.
Software allows to schedule interviews, set reminders and notifications, add messages and many other user friendly functionalities.
Our system provided precise reports to help analyse the pattern and trending of favorable courses and admission related criteria’s. This helped the company to provide required courses and colleges to the specific section of students.
The project was developed using Agile Methodology with Scrum, test driven approach was followed.
