Existing Off the Shelf Learning Management Systems needed to integrate different plugins for different functionalities which was a bit dis-integrated solution and it was missing the power of a single integrated platform. It was very difficult to get complete control of the business operations using the Off the Shelf plug in based LMS.
Based on business intelligence, insights and feedback if a new feature is required to be a part of the system, it is very difficult to develop the feature and almost impossible in Off The Shelf LMS Platforms.
Scalability is a big issue as there are limitations to an Off The Shelf LMS as it cannot cater to large number of simultaneous users.
Acumen has developed a Customized Learning Management Platform comprising of a large number of Industry Features which assist the Educational Institute in management various business operations as well as e-Learning activities smoothly and in a professional manner.
This Application or Platform is very flexible regarding new features requirements or customization which can be quickly developed and deployed live as a new enhancement within a running platform.
The Learning Management System is built using latest microservice architecture making it highly scalable and capable of handling large number of concurrent users.
The project was developed with Microservice Architecture and Kubernetes for orchestration. Development activity was conducted with Agile Scrum Methodology. Test Driven Development approach was followed.

Admin can create course (Pre-recorded Course,
Instruction Based Course). and can design course
curriculum with diverse categories as you like.
Faculty Panel
Faculty can see the courses allocated to them also
can create, edit and view the test details. Check the
test responses how many students attended the test,
Avg. time taken and mark list.
Student Panel - login
Can easily register to the panel and enroll to the
required course with effortless payment gateway process.
Enrolled Course List
Student can keep a track record of enrolled courses
with course progress tracking.
Course Tracking
Student can track the course details with learning history
and progress of the lessons for enrolled courses.
Course Content and Tests
Application supports adding variety of course content
(text, images, video, audio) and allow users for advanced
search. Also, allow to create chapter wise tests in which
admin can add time limit.
