Challenges
The existing application implemented by IDream Canada International, faced several complications related to integration. All the processes involved in the admission of the student were taken care of separately and all the data was disbursed. There was data redundancy and rework at almost all stages. An overview of a student was not available at one view. This proved to be inconvenient and inefficient.
Moreover, the technology used in developing the application was outdated and did not incorporate latest features which hampered the up-gradation of processes as desired.
